New producers added

The Quesnel birch syrup workshop is just a few weeks away and registrations are coming in from all across British Columbia. The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about tapping trees and also network with other producers - both beginners and people that have been tapping for a number of years. This week we'd also like to point out two new producers that are now linked to our site - we welcome Boreal Birch Syrup produced in Thunder Bay, Ontario owned and operated by Dave Challen and Beth Kuiper and Uncle Berwyn's Yukon Birch Syrup produced in beautiful birch stands in central Yukon by, you guessed it, Uncle Berwyn.
